NOTE :

Conservation Levy :

As required by Marine Park Department of Malaysia, it is now a requirement that all visitors to Perhentian Island are required to pay a Conservation Levy of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child per entrance, which is valid for 3 days. If you are staying for more than 3 days please inform the Marine Department Officer to obtain the appropriate number of passes.

The Levy shall be collected by the Marine Department Officer at the Tourist Terminal Jetty at Kuala Besut prior to boarding the boat to Perhentian Island.

Kota Bharu Airport To Kuala Besut Jetty & Return :
Two Ways : RM 50.00 per adult & RM 25.00 per child.
(Minimun 2 persons)
Kuala Terengganu Airport To Kuala Besut Jetty & Return :
Two Ways : RM 80.00 per adult & RM 40.00 per child.
(Minimun 2 persons)

BOAT TRANSFERS

Boat Transfer from Kuala Besut to Long Beach :
Rates :
Two Ways : RM 60.00 per adult & RM 30.00 per child
(Child : 4 to 12 years old)
Child below 4 years are free of charge.

Speed Boat Schedule :

From Kuala Besut Jetty to Long Beach : 09.00 am, 11.00 am & 2.00 pm daily.
From Long Beach to Kuala Besut Jetty : 08.00 am/12 noon and 4.00pm daily.

The Boat transfer is subject to weather conditions. The Resort is not liable for compensation due to weather conditions.
The Operator accepts no liability for any losses, injury, illness, accidents, expenses, delay,or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.

Terms & Conditions For Promotional Packages :

Rates are quoted per person per package of 3 Days/2 Nights.
•
Rates quoted is not subject to any Peak period Surcharge.
•
Rates for Package are quoted not inclusive of the Marine Park Conservation Fees of RM 5.00 for adult and RM2.50 for children.

Land & Sea transfers are available and we are able to arranged for the said transfers with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).

Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

Extended check-out during Peak Period:
- Up to 6pm – 50% of published rates imposed.
- After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed.

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•
The resort shall debit from your credit card an amount of RM100.00 per person immediately upon confirmation and the full amount shall be debited within 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
•
Baby Cot – Free Of Charge.
•
All guest taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All guest are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
•
The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct / behavior is detrimental to the Resort or to the Resort’s other guests.
•
Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
•
Any late special request for the land & Boat Transfer other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge. The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to see and weather conditions.
•
Resort is closed from 1st November 2006 till Middle February 2007. ( For maintenance and renovation of resort )

CANCELLATION POLICY :

NORMAL PERIOD

The Resort is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. All cancellation is not refundable.

PEAK PERIOD

The Resort is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. All cancellation is not refundable.
